28th September – 9th October Monday - Fri

10am – Noon Younger Ages 9 to 12year olds
Events covered include sprints, long & high jump, shot put, discus, hurdles and walks

1pm – 4pm Older Ages 13 to 18year olds
Events covered include sprints and middle distance, long, triple and high jump, pole vault, shot put, discus, hammer throw and javelin, hurdles, steeple chase and walking.
